Mark Dodsworth
Advisory Partner | United Kingdom
Mark Dodsworth
Advisory Partner | United Kingdom
Mark founded Europartnerships in 2000 and spent over two decades delivering large and complex international projects for the firm: trade missions, B2B partnering programmes, high-volume matchmaking events, and turning UK market opportunities into results for overseas client companies. That track record is now what he brings to an advisory capacity, staying involved on select projects and available for guidance, without running day-to-day operations.
He also facilitates training workshops on key aspects of international business. Mark holds an M.Phil in Latin American Studies and a BA in Spanish and Portuguese, academic foundations that complement his practical experience in cross-cultural work and international trade.
Earlier in his career, Mark served in the British Diplomatic Service, a background that continues to shape his approach to stakeholder engagement and global project delivery. He is fluent in Spanish, French and Portuguese, and maintains a long-standing interest in current affairs and travel.

Petra Riemenschneider
Senior Consultant | United Kingdom
Petra runs business development across the German-speaking countries, handles international marketing, and manages the firm’s more complex projects, including trade missions and B2B partnering programmes. Fifteen years in international trade and business development, across a long run of privately and publicly funded projects, have given her a practised hand at getting companies into new markets and the right alliances.
Born and educated to degree level in Germany, she still splits her time between there and the UK. Outside work she hikes and swims.

Janina Neumann
Consultant | United Kingdom
Janina Neumann
Consultant | United Kingdom
Janina handles the part of market entry that’s easiest to underestimate: making sure a brand still reads right once it’s been translated. Bilingual in German and English, she localises client content for the markets they’re entering, then runs the email, social and print campaigns that put it in front of the right people.

Nick Thomas
Senior Consultant | United Kingdom
Nick Thomas
Senior Consultant | United Kingdom
Nick works out, before anyone spends real money, whether a market is worth entering. He builds the sector reports and feasibility studies clients use to decide whether to go ahead, across renewable energy, construction, ICT and food and drink among others, and researches which partners are worth approaching once they do. He also works directly with clients on strategy and planning.
He came to Europartnerships after a long career in B2B marketing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Christine Griffin
Consultant | United Kingdom
Christine Griffin
Consultant | United Kingdom
Christine came to market entry by an unconventional route: a degree in Geography and Economics, more than a decade in administration at Thames Water, then a spell in education. What carried over was a real talent for desk research, which she has put to work across a wide range of sectors since joining Europartnerships.
Outside work she divides her time between travelling, the theatre and books.

Christina Fielvard
Senior Consultant | United Kingdom

Her sector experience runs deepest in IT, particularly for retail and hospitality, alongside telecoms, aerospace and defence, construction and agriculture. She holds a Law degree from the Open University.
